🛒 2. Vendor Agreement — Airsoft Deal Zone

1. Introduction

This Vendor Agreement outlines the terms under which vendors (“you”, “your”) may list and sell products on Airsoft Deal Zone (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering as a vendor, you agree to these terms.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

• Provide accurate product descriptions
• Ensure products comply with UK law
• Verify buyer defence for RIF sales
• Ship orders within stated timeframes
• Handle returns and refunds
• Maintain professional communication
• Not sell prohibited or unsafe items

3. Product Compliance

Vendors must comply with:

• UK VCRA (Violent Crime Reduction Act)
• UKARA verification requirements
• Trading Standards regulations
• Safety and consumer protection laws

Prohibited items include:

• Real firearms
• Illegal modifications
• Counterfeit goods
• Unsafe equipment

4. Fees & Payments

Vendors agree to:

• Pay marketplace commission
• Pay payment processing fees
• Receive payouts according to the platform schedule

We may hold funds temporarily for fraud prevention.

5. Order Fulfilment

Vendors must:

• Dispatch orders promptly
• Provide tracking where applicable
• Package items securely
• Resolve delivery issues directly with buyers

6. Returns & Refunds

Vendors must honour:

• UK consumer rights
• Their own published returns policy
• Refunds for faulty or misdescribed items

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:

• Fraud
• Illegal activity
• Repeated complaints
• Non‑compliance with UK law
• Breach of this agreement

8. Liability

Airsoft Deal Zone is not liable for:

• Vendor behaviour
• Product defects
• Delivery issues
• Losses caused by vendor actions

9. Amendments

We may update this agreement at any time.
